At Fashion Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a Toronto-based business, we strive to provide clear and fair solutions for our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@fashionboutique.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.

4. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Original shipping costs (e.g., the $9.99 standard fee) are non-refundable.
